She does a great job as a Field Training Officer, training new recruits in the field. She has also taken the role of recruiting Retired Senior Volunteer Patrol & Yana volunteers.
Kathy is always the first to volunteer for any extra patrols or events. In addition to her regular duties, Kathy is also a member of the Organization Team for rancho Bernardo Retired Senior Volunteer Patrol. She participates in the Rancho Bernardo 4th of July Parade, is part of the Rancho Bernardo Safety Fair, and attends all training programs. She hosted the 2016 Senior Volunteer Patrol Christmas Party at her home for RSVP members and guests and proved to be a fabulous cook and great hostess. Her devotion to the organization's cause and purpose to serve the community goes above and beyond the expected volunteer duties. She is meticulous and thorough with all her duties. She does a great job of training new recruits in the field. Kathy is honest, fun, intelligent, and always does her part plus more. Not only is Kathy always extremely willing, able and confident to do her assigned tasks, but she is also very congenial and pleasant to be around. She is a valued volunteer and is a very good example of the work they do in Rancho Bernardo Retired Senior Volunteer Patrol program. Her favorite part of volunteering is the satisfaction of doing her part to give back to the community. Congratulations Kathy and thank you for your valuable contribution to your community! |
